What kind of training will I receive?
We leave it up to you. If you want to grow in our environment, increase your skills, and further your education, we’ll point you in the right direction. We offer all types of training, from technical training on our products to leadership training. We encourage our employees to go back to school to gain more knowledge that can be used in the workplace. All you have to do is ask.

What are your work hours?
Pretty standard — your typical office hours. As in most worldwide organizations, though, there are exceptions. Some of our Customer Support representatives work in shifts to support other regions or time zones, and some of our employees carry cell phones so that customers may contact them during non-business hours. You may also find that during peak times, people put in extra hours and pull together to get the job done. We want you to treat your job as though the company belongs to you.
