As Director of Operations, Mr. Lecky is responsible for overseeing the Expression east coast development team, ensuring a strong market presence, closing new business, and providing top-notch customer service. Mr. Lecky attended the University of Virginia.

Abir Ray
Director of Business Development
Mr. Ray is the guiding force behind the company’s vision to bring dependable hosting and connectivity services to the small/medium business arena. With a background in application development and a track record of building successful new business ventures, Mr. Ray brings to Expression a unique blend of technological and business expertise. Mr. Ray attended the University of Virginia.

Christian Millard
Director of Application Development
Christian Millard brings to Expression’s development team an extensive programming background, with a strong focus on E-commerce systems. As Director of Application Development, Mr. Millard is responsible for overseeing the Expression Application Development methodology. Mr. Millard attended Piedmont College.

Ben Hallum
Director of Application Development
Mr. Hallum is a Director of Application Development at Expression Networks; focused primarily on iOS native Objective-C development for Apple iPhone and iPad applications. Ben is also the lead technical advisor and consultant on all client and internal project initiatives at Expression. Mr. Hallum attended Georgetown University.

Patrick Byrne
Director of Construction
As Director of Construction of Expression Networks, Mr. Byrne brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of the commercial and government construction. Mr. Byrne has responsibility for construction services at Expression Networks. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Byrne acted as Managing Partner at Chadsworth Companies, a Premier full service construction firm. Mr. Byrne attended Tulane University.
